Making my own pizza at Baffo

When you are invited to an Italian restaurant and then you find out that you are gonna make your own homemade pizza at the restaurant, you know that the night will be awesome!

And that´s what happened a couple of weeks ago when I was invited to an event at PizzaBaffo, a pizza restaurant in Glasgow´s West End (in front Kelvingrove Museum).

I discovered Baffo thanks to Deliveroo and also with my friends we went there for a dinner night, so this event was my 3rd time at the restaurant!

The night was perfect we tasted a few pizzas, the best from Baffo? They do half meters pizzas!!! And along with the pizzas we tasted different Italian craft beers, definitely the perfect match! Beer & Pizza! And the owner Francesco explained all about the restaurant, the concept, the ingredients, the staff, was really great to know all behind a restaurant.

And after that it was the cooking time!!

We were explained how to cook the pizza and then we did our own one.

Starting from shaping the dough, it wasn´t so easy to get the perfect shape! Then we put the toppings on it, tomato sauce, cheese, and in my case were parma ham, basil and mushrooms! And then we put it on the oven until was golden and crispy.

OMG, was delicious!! Although not as good as the ones done by the chef!

And to finish the night we tried the sweet pizzas with nutella, there aren´t word to describe how they are!

Definitely a really great nice and experience, so thanks a lot to the Baffo team for inviting me along, and I really encourage all of you to visit the restaurant!
