Loop & Scoop launch event

If there was a thing that I missed in Glasgow, were real churros! 

 

Churros are one of the most traditional sweet in Spain, and it´s our perfect breakfast with hot chocolate.

When I received the invite to attend the launch of Loop & Scoop the UK´s first churro and gelato bar, I couldn´t believe it! A churro bar in Glasgow, my dream was becoming real!

I went to the event with the lovely Claire from WhatClaireBaked, so a great to catch up after a few months without seen each other!

We were offered some fizz, and just after being sited churros and gelato arrived! And I can only say OMG!

We tried different flavours, different churros and with different fill, I think my favourite was the one with Dulce de Leche. And of course like in Spain, there was chocolate sauce to “dip” our churros with it. All the churros are made every day in the bar! That´s what I call real churros!

The gelatos were really good and they have different flavours, and same as the churros they are homemade, real Italian Gelatos! 

The venue is a really cozy and contemporary, with 2 floors and outdoor terrace (perfect for the sunny days!).

They have also really good deals for the churros and gelatos! So once you try you´ll come back once and again!

Loop & Scoop is located in Great Western Road, one of the coolest streets in Glasgow!
